How do I enroll in HPM Direct Deposit?

As part of completing the HPM Direct Deposit Authorization Form, you will be prompted to supply your bank routing and account information numbers.

It is very important that you enter the bank routing and account numbers exactly as they appear on the check, including all leading or ending zeros.
