How To Reach HPM - General Questions: Our office hours are 9am-5pm Monday-Friday. We are closed Saturdays, Sundays and all Federal Holidays. All calls and emails received outside of our normal business hours will be responded to the next available business day.

24/7/365 Emergency Maintenance: If you are a tenant and have an emergency, a definition of an emergency being no air conditioning in the summer, no heat in the winter, plumbing leaks or drain backups you can call our emergency number 24/7/365 at 316.768.4363 Extension 111. Please only call this number if you are a tenant with an actual maintenance emergency.  
Non-Emergency Maintenance Requests: Per their lease, tenants are required to submit all maintenance requests in writing via our online system.  Click the Maintenance Request at the top of this page to submit a maintenance request. When submitting maintenance requests all at the same time, please avoid opening multiple requests as it clogs up our system. Open one request and include all issues in that one request.

Maintenance Requests During Your Move In Period: We want to help tenants get settled into their new home but we want to avoid making several trips for maintenance requests which add up and are costly for the property owner. For at least the first 10 days of occupancy, please compile a list of minor maintenance issues then submit that list in a single maintenance request and we will resolve it in a single trip. Contact us any time for emergency maintenance requests. 

Move In Inspection Report:  We will email you information to complete your move in inspection report digitally on a computer, tablet or smartphone. The move in inspection report must be completed and submitted by you within 5 calendar days of your move-in date.
